Technical Requirements
- With high safety and sealing, it can ensure the safety of storage and prevent accidents, widely used in petrochemical and other fields.
- We design our cryogenic liquid flat-bottom storage tanks with double- wall steel structures using high tech insulating materials (perlite + elastic felt + cellular glass insulation block + glass wool).
- Insulation layer at the bottom, interlayer, and top: between baseplate of primary container and secondary container is filled high-efficiency thermal insulation materials (cellular glass insulation block, concrete ring beams); the wall plate interlayer between the primary container and the secondary container is filled with perlite; glass wool is placed on the suspended roof to reduce the loss caused by liquefied gas evaporation.
- Steel structure platform and ladder: The primary container is equipped with straight ladder to facilitate the installation and commissioning of equipment; the top is equipped with operation platform to meet the daily operation of valves and instruments; the secondary container wall is equipped with tower ladder to meet the daily inspection and emergency evacuation needs of operators.
- Pipeline and valve system: used for ethylene loading and unloading, transportation, and maintaining pressure balance inside the container to ensure safe operation.
