Function Introduction of Low-Pressure Gasification Station
The unloading
Part of the LNG in the tank is vaporized by the gasifier and then returned to the gas phase of the tank, so that the pressure of the tank increases, and the LNG in the tank is unloaded to the low-temperature storage tank through the upper charging port through the pressure difference.
Pressure regulation of storage tanks
When tank pressure is too high, preferentially use tank BOG; When the tank pressure is low, the pressurization regulating valve automatically opens the LNG through the liquid phase pipeline of the tank to the tank supercharger. After vaporization of the tank supercharger, the gas phase of the tank returns to the tank, so that the tank pressure increases.
Gasification
The LNG in the storage tank flows into the LNG gasifier through the outlet. After vaporization, the temperature of natural gas will reach no less than 5-15°C ambient temperature. In winter where the temperature is low, a reheater needs to be set up.
Pressure regulating
After gasification, the natural gas can be supplied to the user at the appropriate pressure by the pressure regulating device, and can enter the natural steam pipe network.
