Working Principle
The basic principle of cryogenic air separation unit is to liquefy the air, and separate the air components by cryogenic distillation according to the different boiling points of oxygen and nitrogen (argon).

Instrument Control System |
The entire air separation unit is equipped with a central control system to monitor, control and interlock the process parameters of the entire air separation unit (air compressor, pre-cooling system, purification system, turbine expander, distillation system, liquid storage and vaporization system). The own control system for machine unit communicates with the air separation unit control system by Modbus, so that its operation status can be monitored at the operating station in the central control room. |
