Technical Requirements
- With high safety and sealing, it can ensure the safety of storage and prevent accidents, widely used in oil, petrochemical, grain and oil, food, fire protection, transportation, metallurgy and other fields.
- We design our cryogenic liquid flat-bottom storage tanks with double- wall steel structures using high tech insulating materials (perlite + elastic felt + cellular glass insulation block + glass wool).
- The following are safety measures to prevent overpressure:
1) Recycle the evaporated gas from the tank via the BOG pipe;
2) Discharge the gas from the tank to a low-pressure flare through the vent line;
3) The exhalation relief valve actuates to vent gas from the tank to the low-pressure flare;
- The tank is equipped with 2 servo level gauges and 2 radar level gauges to continuously measure the liquid level in the tank.
- Main process flow of liquid ammonia full containment storage tank
● Liquid inlet system: The liquid ammonia from the synthetic production unit is sent to the liquid ammonia full containment tank for storage through the cryogenic insulation pipeline from the top of the tank.
● Drainage system: A liquid discharge line is arranged at the bottom of the tank, and the valve in the tank is used to ensure that it is cut off from the root, and a liquid discharge line is led out from the outside of t storage tank.
● Pump reflux system: As the starting pipeline of the filling pump, this pipeline is used for the starting pre-cooling and low-flow loading protection of the pump.
- The liquid ammonia fully refrigerated full-containment tank adopts the double BOG compression ice machine mode (one use and one standby). The ice machine system is used to recover evaporated ammonia and freeze it and then return it to the storage tank, which plays a role in keeping cold.
