Technical Requirements

  1. The design, manufacturing and inspection of mircobulk tank mainly according to GB/T18442.1~6-2019 "Static vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessel", and can also follow international standards such as ASME. 
  2. Centralized gas supply system on pallets skid: collect storage tank, pressure build-up vaporizer, main vaporizer, and pipelines. The stored liquid can be directly vaporized into gas, making it convenient for users to use. 
  3. The inner vessel is used to store liquid nitrogen, and the shell material is austenitic stainless steel, which has good low temperature resistance. The shell plays a protective role and provides reliable protection for the interlayer insulation material and vacuum degree. 
  4. The interlayer adopts high-vacuum multilayer insulation, and the insulation material is made of aluminum foil and glass fiber paper, which greatly reduces heat intrusion, reduces the evaporation rate of liquid nitrogen, and ensures long-term storage. 
  5. For the inner vessel of the storage tank, 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) is first performed on Category A and Category B welded joints. This is followed by 100% Penetrant Testing (PT) on all welded joints. After ensuring that the non-destructive testing results are qualified, a pneumatic test is conducted on the inner vessel. Finally, each weld and joint is subjected to a leak test using a helium mass spectrometer leak detector. 
  6. The finished paint film on the outer surface of the storage tank is dense, firm and reliable, and the dry film thickness of the paint is greater than 200 µm.
  7. The tank needs to be replaced with nitrogen before leaving the factory. Fill the interior of the liquid container with 0.03~ 0.05Mpa pressure nitrogen gas for protection. 
  8. The installation of liquid nitrogen mircobulk tank does not require a foundation and can be directly placed on the ground for use with low maintenance costs. It is widely used: in the field of scientific research, it provides a stable low temperature environment for low temperature experiments, superconductivity research, biological sample preservation, etc.; in industry field, it is used to protect electronic components from oxidation during welding and packaging in the electronics industry; and it can be used as a purge and replacement gas in chemical production.
