- This frame tank container should carry out all kinds of the test according to the ISO 1496-3:2019.
- Insulation materials shall meet the requirements of GB/T 31480 "High vacuum multilayer insulation materials for cryogenic vessels".
- The accessories for this tank container shall meet the corresponding standards of product quality certification, which delivery from the factory in a complete set together with the tank body;
- The finished paint film on the outer surface of the ISO tank container is dense, firm and reliable, with a paint film thickness greater than 200mm, ensuring no fading for at least 3 years.;
- All supports of the connections between the tank and the frame should be thin welding, and welding firm and reliable, the weld seam surface shall not have cracks, undercut, stomatal, crater and splash.
- The tank needs to be replaced with nitrogen before leaving the factory. Fill the interior of the liquid container with 0.03~ 0.05Mpa pressure nitrogen gas for protection.
- All markings are in full compliance with applicable regulations and are affixed to be as smooth and flat as possible. Includes the required regulatory symbols, the unique identification numbers and logos of the tank owner.
- Easy to use, it can be used as a mobile tank to transport liquids, and can also be used as a fixed tank to store liquids. This ISO tank container is mainly used in aerospace, semiconductor, cutting-edge scientific research, medical and other high-tech industries and fields.
- This ISO tank container can be equipped with a remote information monitoring device to realize real-time monitoring of the liquid level, temperature, pressure, and position inside the container.
