Function

Storage tank

Store liquid natural gas in cryogenic environment, play a buffer storage role, ensure the stable supply of LNG, and there is a liquid level monitoring system to monitor reserves.

Unloading skid

The main function of the LNG unloading skid is to vaporize, heat and boost part of the LNG and send it back to the tanker during unloading to increase the pressure difference between the tanker vehicle and the storage tank, so that the LNG can be smoothly transferred from the tanker vehicle to the storage tank, to ensure that the unloading process is highly efficient and safe, and to maintain the pressure balance of the unloading system.

LNG booster pump skid

The cryogenic LNG is pressurized by the pump to a pressure of about 1.2-1.6/ 20-25MPa and delivered to the refueling machine The skid has both the function of unloading.

Sequence control panel

Intelligent control of gas, gas is decompress to high, middle and low three pressure into the storage cylinder or directly into the gas refueling machine.

Gas cylinder group

Mainly act as a gas storage tank, plays a buffer role for the whole system, improves the gas refueling rate and system stability.

CNG refueling machine

The refueling of CNG is realized by intelligent control.

LNG refueling machine

Fill LNG into LNG vehicles and play the role of refueling. Single gun or two guns can be configured according to user requirements.

EAG discharge system

Used for centralized discharge of BOG from the whole station to reduce safety hazards.

Control and monitoring system

Adopt PLC intelligent control system, can be intelligent control of the refueling station, and also real-time monitoring system operation, centralized display of real-time operation to the control center.
