Function

Vacuum storage tank

Store liquid CO2 in cryogenic environment, play a buffer storage role, ensure the stable supply of LNG, and there is a liquid level monitoring system to monitor reserves.

Vaporizer

Convert liquid cryogenic gases into normal temperature, with types such as air-bath and water-bath, is the core equipment for gasification.

Filter pressure regulating and metering device

Filter and remove impurities from the gasified gas, and automatically adjust the gas pressure according to the set pressure parameters, reducing the pressure of the gasified gas to a pressure range suitable for user. At the same time, it has a metering function to accurately measure the gas flow through the gasification station for trade settlement and operation monitoring.

Water-bath reheater

Secondary reheating the gases with too low temperature after gasification, so that it can reach the temperature range of the user end.

Boost pump skid (if any)

If the cryogenic liquid pressure is too low to meet the user end of the high-pressure use of the conditions, can be configured with boost pump skid, its main function is to pressurize the cryogenic liquid to the pressure range of user end.

Control and monitoring system

Adopt PLC intelligent control system, can be intelligent control of the refueling station, and also real-time monitoring system operation, centralized display of real-time operation to the control center.
