Adsorption process
The compressed air from the air compressor first enters the cold dryer to remove moisture, and then enters the PSA nitrogen production device composed of two adsorption towers. The special carbon molecular sieve adsorbent loaded in the tower selectively adsorbs impurity gas components such as O2 and CO2, and the product gas N2 will be discharged from the top of the tower with a purity of 99%.
Adsorbent regeneration
When the pressure is reduced, the oxygen adsorbed by the adsorbent is desorbed and discharged through the bottom of the tower. After flushing, the adsorbent is regenerated. After the regeneration, the adsorbent can be transferred to adsorption again after equalization and product pressure increase. The two towers are used alternately to achieve the purpose of continuous separation of air and nitrogen production.
